How to Fight Unhealthy Sugary Cravings
This week I had a really fun time answering a Facebook fan’s question–how to control unhealthy cravings? This is a question I get all the time, and I’m happy to share what I tell my clients with you! It really comes down to the basics:
- Breakfast. What are you eating for breakfast and when are you eating breakfast?
- Timing of meals–how long do you go without eating anything?
- Exercise and timing–what and when does your post-workout snack/meal look like … and is there one?
- The composition of your diet–are your macronutrietns–aka protein, carbs, and fat balanced?
- Carbs and dinner? Is your “carb rule” causing you to eat after dinner?
